By downloading, installing, or using Kidzly software or accessing kidzly.online, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Service
Kidzly is intended for use by parents and legal guardians to monitor their own minor children's device activity. You may only install and use Kidzly on devices belonging to you or your minor children. Use of this service to monitor adults or minors without appropriate parental authority is strictly prohibited.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your parent account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Prohibited Uses
- Monitoring adults without their knowledge and consent
- Using Kidzly for any unlawful surveillance purpose
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Kidzly application
- Distributing the APK file through channels other than kidzly.online without written permission
- Using the service in any way that violates applicable laws
APK & Software
The Kidzly APK is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Kidzly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control for the purpose of monitoring your own minor children. All intellectual property rights in the software remain with Kidzly.
Disclaimers
Kidzly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that parental controls will prevent all access to inappropriate content or that location tracking will be 100% accurate at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kidzly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email where possible.
